 MASK IN SUMMER, HOW

CAN WE FACE IT??

Would any of us have ever thought that the day would come when all people would have to wear masks and hide their faces?  Strange!!  Nobody would have thought of it, as we are going through a very serious or we can say mortally infected disease called CORONAVIRUS, all people are seen with masks most of the time.

Due to the recent increase in COVID cases, "Centers for Disease Control along with WHO and ICMR" recommend that everyone wear a mask to slow the spread of the virus and flatten the curve of the CROWN.  Now one thing will come to mind if we are only saved from COVID by wearing a mask, so no, you will still have to wear a mask because these "CORONAVIRUS" are zoonotic, which means they are transmitted from animals to people.  o People to animals.  Then, along with the mask, you must follow all COVID-19 protocols and guidelines (such as washing your hands from time to time, sanitizing, staying clean, and most importantly, keeping a distance of six feet or more, i.e., social distancing .).

It is safe to wear a MASK until the COVID pandemic is completely eradicated, rather than absolutely knowing the hassle of wearing a mask, how difficult it is to wear it for a long time.  It is also a very difficult task to continue wearing a mask in this growing heat that we are in the summer season.  Wearing a mask can be a very difficult task these days, making it difficult to breathe.  With this in mind, you'll need to make sure your mask is reasonably breathable to increase comfort and keep you safe.

In the heat and humidity of summer, masks can be uncomfortable.  So you need to make sure your mask is light and taking regular, safe breaks without the mask and good hydration can make the mask more tolerable.  Avoid masks made of heavy material and try to keep the mask dry.  According to the COVID-19 guidelines, you must follow the protocols, so it must be used close to the face to be effective, but if you start to feel out of breath, you can take a break to get some natural air.

Avoid ventilated masks (some commercially available N95 masks do).  Although they are cooler and allow drops to escape through ventilation and therefore do not prevent infection.  Disposable surgical masks that you can change frequently and that are practical and effective, acceptable and reasonably comfortable.  (Make sure you change for long periods of wearing the mask when in the presence of other people.)

COVID-19 affects different people in different ways.  Most infected people will develop mild to moderate illness and recover without hospitalization.  Government guidelines suggest that 1 in 3 people who have COVID-19 have no symptoms.  This seems to happen more often in the healthiest and younger age groups, including most children.  Being asymptomatic means you have no symptoms.  If you live in a home with people who have COVID-19 infection and have no symptoms, you may be asymptomatic.  While those people are less likely than those with symptoms to spread the disease.
